Our Why

Society

Common, Yet Stigmatized

Acne, eczema, and psoriasis are common in teenagers, but can deeply affect self-esteem. During puberty, hormones stimulate oil glands, leading to breakouts. 90% of teens experience acne, and 73% of children over 7 report stigma that lowers their quality of life.

Wellness

Skin Conditions and Mental Health

Visible skin conditions can harm mental health. Teens with skin issues may feel isolated, anxious, or even depressed. Eczema sufferers are 2-6 times more likely to experience anxiety or depression. Chronic skin conditions also lead to physical discomfort, increasing stress and affecting overall well-being.

Improvement

Empowering Teens with Education & Resources

Teens, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds, often lack the resources and knowledge to manage their skin. Our goal is to provide products and educational resources to help them care for their skin and boost their confidence.

  • Donate skincare products like creams and lotions.
  • Offer expert advice through dermatology panels and informative materials.

Our Impact In Action

  • Empowerment Through Education: Providing essential skincare knowledge to teens.
  • Community Support: Offering physical care and emotional support through donation drives and partnerships.
  • Mental Health: Tackling the stigma and isolation that often accompanies visible skin conditions.
